BUFFALO, New York, October 20, 2004 - New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEWH), the world's largest independent IT training provider, is partnering with the International Council of E-Commerce Consultants (EC-Council) to deliver courses mapping to EC-Council's Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.

Certified Ethical Hacker training gives IT systems professionals a mastery of hacking tools and security systems as well as knowledge of how to hack via Windows 2000 and Linux in order to enable them implement counter-hacking measures for vulnerable organizations. Students learn leading edge security system techniques, including how to create countermeasures that will prevent or contain hacker attacks. Information Security professionals that carry the CEH certification are qualified to administer non-destructive penetration testing to e-Commerce, e-Business, IT security, and other types of computer networks or systems.
