NEW HORIZONS TO DELIVER WIRELESS NETWORK TRAINING


BUFFALO, New York, August 16, 2004 - New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEWH), the world's largest independent IT training provider, has signed an agreement with Planet3 Wireless to deliver courses mapping to Planet3 Wireless' Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification. The CWNA certification validates the understanding and application of wireless LAN topics focused on 802.11 wireless technologies. The New Horizons training course for CWNA provides students with hands-on experience with wireless equipment.

Under the agreement, training courses that prepare service and support professionals for CWNA certification will be available throughout the New Horizons global network of more than 250 training centers. These multiple-day courses will be offered through New Horizons Integrated Learning, a comprehensive approach to training that combines classroom and eLearning products and services to create the most effective learning experience available in the industry.

The CWNP Wireless Certification program consists of training and certification for all aspects of wireless LANs, including CWNA for administration, Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) for wireless security, and the Certified Wireless Analyst Professional (CWAP) certifications for performance analysis and troubleshooting.
